dotloop vs Form Simplicity: Which is best for you?

My experience with DotLoop has been largely positive, as it streamlines real estate transactions with its intuitive interface, digital signatures, and real-time updates. While it occasionally has glitches or a slight learning curve for some clients, it’s a valuable tool for simplifying workflows and keeping everything organized in one place.

They are owned by zillow, hide pricing online its 2025 and you cant see what you are being billed without calling and they do not email invoices.

I wish our MLS and Form Simplicity would integrate fields so it would be more seamless in the transaction.

Constant issues, it take FOREVER to send files to clients.
