Easy Project experience

It is a great program, we are not using just as a project management tool, than as a company management system. Our company consists of several sub-companies and we can manage them in the program with different needs and visibility rules. The document management, the financial module, which we feel is a little more incomplete. However, it is easy to use and can be changed quickly, which is useful for us in the case of changes within the company, so that we can easily follow it. Sometimes I feel like we are pushing the limits of the program, but the support team is always there to help us and find out the best solution for our needs and dreams.

Pros:
The flexibility of the program. The support what we got from the Hungarian Easy Software team is a strong background for us. We can implement 90-95% of our ideas in the program, we will receive a proposal for it. It communicates well via an API, which enables the connection and development of additional external programs. The export functionalities and the change management moduls are great and easy to use.
Cons:
The advantage of the program that it can be used for many things also a slight disadvantage. If we want to use a part of it more deeply, the things could be refined in them, such as the financial module. We think, that the pricing module is not yet well enough thought out, the VAT value editability is missing, which is a big shortcoming for us when used as a financial module. Also, the financial data history could be even more complete, for example, the creation data could also be included for each financial statement. The editability of the attendance sheet and the management of holidays could still be improved in terms of years.

Easy redmine is a very good ticketing system, and we were able to set up different projects where our customers can open their ticket. It's quite easy and functional when it comes to assigning tasks to users, to prioritize them and to report or track time.
Cons:
Implementation has been a bit of a nightmare (we installed it as a self-hosted solution). I don't like that there is no easy overall view, and that when answering tickets with a long thread of answers it actually quotes the first email and not the last one in your answer.

Easy Redmine combines classic gantt timelines, kanban boards, help-desk queues, and integrated git repositories under a single on-prem install, and the built-in AI health widget flags schedule or budget risks early enough for us to fix them instead of explaining them.
Cons:
There’s nothing deal-breaking to report, but the first-time configuration of roles and granular permissions can feel labyrinthine, and the admin screens look a little dated, so expect to invest a couple of hours tweaking settings before the team is comfortable.

The predictive reports in easy redmine crunch velocity, booked hours, and risk flags across all portfolios, then surface plain-language warnings and suggested actions, so our pms correct course days—not hours—before deadlines slip, and execs finally trust the numbers they see.
Cons:
Serious faults are hard to find, but the mobile companion lags behind the desktop version; key visualisations such as the portfolio heat-map and resource load graphs are missing, forcing busy managers to return to a laptop for deep dives when they should be able to stay productive on the go.

The process to create projects/templates is very easy to use. Help response is very quick despite the time zone difference. We have found Easy Redmine IT help very responsive and thorough.
Cons:
When responding to emails within a task, only the original email populates. One has to cut and paste the entire email string to the email response to capture the whole conversation.
