It follows bpm methodology and the draw itself has enough value. We can use on top of any tool and has lots of integration options

I love that the skies are the limit when it comes to what is possible at Flokzu! The team is incredible and really willing to help with training and issues. I also love the success stories from a Flokzu perspective across different industries and processes.

It took me a little while to realise just how many things are possible with the software! I didn't realise it was going to be this great.

Crisp and Simple to use

Overall. Onboarding was smooth, and although I have not yet explored all the features, it caters for a wide variety of workflow/automation scenarios.

Pros:

1) Using BPMN notation and standards right into the automation steps. Quite easy to learn. 2) UX (including the forms) looks much crisper and user-friendly than other tools.

Cons:

Having to script (what I believe to be) date field validations should not be necessary for low-code tools.

Pros:

Easy to understand from the training videos. Easy to use - practical and solutions orientated. Really reasonable costing. Has added huge value to the clients we have introduced it to.

Cons:

We would like to run more MVPs with clients, is there a way your offering can be simpler to test, in a quicker format.

- Flokzu is super easy to use - We can pretty much customize what you want in Flokzu : in the process and in the form. - Zappier connection enables to benefits from a lot of APIs - Help center is super fast and very helpful, it is appreciated a lot

Cons:

- We mainly use Flokzu for our Purchase order process, for approval. We would have loved to connect it to our accounting system to calculate accounting provisions but it is not possible - Functionalities I would have appreciated : * have more datas to play with, as an administrator * customize the invitations by email to attach a document (our process) * duplicate an instance

Pros:

We are still implementing, but in my opinion it´s easy to use tool and allows flexibility. The service both before the sale and after the sale was very capable.

Cons:

I had some problems with the learning platform. The quiz did not allow advancement despite correct answers.

An excellent platform to start creating your personalized BPM

Pros:

Flokzu achives to be an outstanding tool to create your own personalized workflows process without writing any code. Easy to understand, and which is more important easy to explore and learn new possibilities by using all the explaining videos they offer as well as a helpful library where you can search and find all the information you are needing for. It is fair to say it could be used by a none IT person and create in a short period of time a personalized and well-designed workflow for your company.

Cons:

Did not find cons yet, as said we were looking for a BPM platform, that do not requires us to do any tipe of code and elaborate our own workflows by investing a reasonable amount of time on how to use it.

Pros:

Flokzu is really helpfull for us because now we are well organized and we can follow the flows created. It helped us to standardise our process and have better visibility on them.

Cons:

There are a few things on the forms of each instance that are not customizable yet. It would be great to be able to have conditions on the flow according to the value of tables, for example. But I believe that this will continue improving since the team has been doing improvements continuously.

Excellent BPMN Software!

My Experience with Flokzu was very good. You dont have to code and all the logics are set with workflow. What else would you need? EXCELLENT!

Pros:

I just Love how the software makes easy for me to implement my logins without the code and just with the workflow. It can handle all exceptions very easily. Very well planned and excellently coded.

Cons:

I literally don't feel like Flokzu have any flow in it.
