About Kanban Tool

Kanban Tool is a project management platform that enables users to visualize and organize their workflow. The solution offers real-time team collaboration tools and helps organizations to manage project tasks, track deadlines and allocate resources using digital kanban cards. On-premise and cloud-based deployments are available, with complimentary Android and iOS mobile applications.

Kanban Tool includes easy task management, time tracking, process automation, team collaboration features, file sharing and automatically generated analytics. Users can organize tasks into backlogged items that require completion, in-progress tasks and completed objectives, in a way that best suits their specific workflow.

Kanban Tool can also help predict project completion dates by showing data from previously completed projects. In addition, users can benefit from diagrams, graphs and charts, presenting current project information.

Three pricing models are available and a free trial is also offered. Support is provided through an online knowledge base and email. Kanban Tool's strongest points are its ease of use and very wide customization options.

It really is one of the best project management tools, managing tasks has never been so easy

The most impressive thing about this tool is that it is super easy to manage projects and tasks, users adapt very quickly and easily to using it

Cons:

I don't really like the way of displaying the tasks, it's kind of obsolete. I really think it can be made a little more suitable for today compared to others.

I really enjoy how intuitive and easy to use the Kanban Tool board is. The level of customization available allows me to tailor the board perfectly to my workflow and project needs, making task management much more efficient. Without a doubt, one of the standout features for me is the seamless integration with Google Drive. This connection adds a lot of flexibility and makes it incredibly easy to attach and manage documents directly within my tasks, bringing greater fluidity and organization to my daily work routine

Cons:

I have no complaints at all. The system as a whole meets my needs very well and helps promote productivity and organization in my daily tasks.

For my current use, it had basic features available for free. The application was seamlessly accessible via browser and the mobile app. Must-have features worked with no issue at all.

Cons:

For now, nothing comes to mind as I've been using the free version. I hope to access additional features in the coming weeks so that I have a better 'story' to tell about my completed stories and I can share my board with my partner.

Kanbantool is a simple and very visual tool. With just a few clicks, you can list your information and start working. Extensions also allow you to customize new features specific to each board.

Cons:

Some settings are a bit hidden, so to customize the board's lanes, rename them, or make other changes, you'll need to look more closely to find where these settings can be made.

Kanban is the best

Easy to manage task between the Team and good review Good to create different boards and add the teams .

Cons:

Reporting should be enhancement as we need data in Excel for review . Unable to download the report details in Excel.

For just stumbling upon this as I was trying to find a way to visualize all my window treatment projects through the fabrication process, I now can’t not use it. The visual and ability to Move the parts through each process is terrific.

Cons:

Nothing as of yet. I use this mostly in my phone so the date section is really small and hard to see but still working through it.

The easy to use interface, the appeareance, the variety of tools available. It is one of the most useful tools for organizing my job.

There is no space for update the process of a task, appart from comments (which are not visible at first glance) or check lists.

I've attempted to use other collaborative tools such as Confluence, but I have found this to be the most effective and visually appealing.

Cons:

As of right now, I don't have any opportunities to share, but more to come with regular usage.
