- For anyone working in Google Workspace and wanting a practical, approachable project management solution, especially for teams just beginning their PM journey, Kanbanchi is a great place to start.
- I'm nit-picking, but integration with Google Drive is a bit finicky, and sometimes the sharing feature refuses to work as expected, when trying to add assignees via Google Workspace.
- Their knowledge base is always my first port of call before calling the Support Team and I share links with colleagues from the knowledge base because the articles will explain actions better than I ever will.
- The planning view is not yet usable for us, in our case we would like to plan the different phases (columns) of a project in there, we haven't yet found a way which doesn't include creating separate card for each phase.
