- The built-in chat and comments help keep conversations tied to tasks instead of lost in email threads, and file sharing inside projects makes it simple to attach the right documents where they’re needed.
- One thing I *don't* like is that I can only have one tab of a project open at at time - for example, if I need to get info from a Doc, I have to click over to Docs, but then to update a Todo, I have to leave the Doc and open the Todos.
- Todoist is helpful to me because I track projects, use reminders (for the much-needed automation that Notes and a notebook don't provide), and interact with the app throughout the day.
