About Notezilla

Notezilla is an easy-to-use task management platform that provides a sticky notes app for Windows and mobile devices. It lets users quickly jot down ideas, tasks, and plans so they can stay organized, well-equipped and updated. Notezilla offers a cloud synchronization feature, that enables members to securely synchronize sticky notes across devices, access them on their mobiles through the iOS and Android application or send sticky notes to any contact around the globe.

Users can utilize the keyboard hotkey to attach sticky notes containing reference materials, web snippets, and more. It also allows team members to store important content like reference material, scripts, web snippets and drafts. Additionally, it automatically saves all data to separate files. The platform extends customer support via chat, email, and FAQs.

Great for Organizing Little Reminders!

Pros:

This program is very simple in functionality, but it's great for people who like to keep little to-do lists or notes around as reminders.

Cons:

Placing the notes exactly where you want them can be annoying, possibly depending on your mouse or trackpad. It also is a very simple program so it can't be expected to be used for much more than simple little notes.

The best laptop sticky notes

use it every day and I love it. I have memory issues and notezilla helps me overcome so I can do what I love and need to do.

Pros:

I love that you can attach sticky notes to any window, app, or document. I attach them to my Word docs and it's so convenient. I love being able to hide notes and then show when I need them. I love the pin them on top feature. They're easy to organize and I can access them from a browser on any computer. It's my primary memory and note-taking, information-organization tool. Customer service is also amazing!

Cons:

The notes don't work right when you use different wall papers.

Pros:

This software on IOS is notepad with notes that can be colored, highlighted with a star symbol, it also has a reminder and notes can be tagged.

Cons:

The software has a simple design, with no fonts that can be chosen and hardly can substitute default Notes of one's phone.

Efficient Note-taking System

Notezilla keeps me in touch will all my current project, which now that I am retired, cover many volunteer organizations. I helps keep me organized.

Super app !

It works as described and is easy to use.

Cons:

To update/change a timed reminder pop-up you must go to a separate sub-app to make the change. This is a waste of time :(

A New Way to Work

Notezilla allows me to keep notes front-and-center on my computer, allowing me to focus on what's most important each day.

Cons:

Android sync (as of now) doesn't maintain formatting, preventing me from using the tool to its full potential. I expect this feature will be added soon.

You can glue notes to ANYTHING.. its crazy... websites, folders, all kinds of stuff! And it is SOOO helpful!

Cons:

Simple, Efficient, and to the point. Being able to sync with my desktop and mobile devices when I am on the road is clutch. No adware or nonsense, you just get what you pay for.

Cons:

No complaints so far I hope they continue to come out with functional uses to make my busy life easier. Perhaps a whiteboard feature??? ;)
