Striven also has business management tools including: a company hub, calendar integration, internal newsfeed with social media integration, dynamic feedback tools, external action triggers, dashboard customization, a resource navigator, custom reporting, and much more. It also has tools for field service management, surveying, and business analytics.

Striven supports integrations with Google, Microsoft, Authorize.Net, Yodlee, and ShipStation. Users can access Striven anywhere and on any device. Overall, Striven has been a game changer for our business. It combines all the core functions we need into one platform, making collaboration, task management, and client communication much easier. Striven gives us everything we need in one system. From workflow management to CRM, inventory, accounting, and project tracking, it eliminates the need for multiple tools. The interface is clean, the reporting is powerful, and the customer support team is outstanding. It has saved us time and money while keeping operations more organized.
Cons:
Because Striven covers so many areas, there is a learning curve at the beginning. It takes a little time to get everything set up and customized for your needs. Once it is in place, the system runs smoothly and is easy to manage.

Reasons for choosing Striven

We chose Striven over Zoho CRM because it offered a complete all in one platform rather than forcing us to piece together multiple apps. Striven combines CRM, project management, accounting, and workflow tools in a single system. It is easier to manage, more cost effective in the long run, and the customer support team is much more responsive.

Reasons for switching to Striven

We switched from Odoo because it required too many separate modules and add ons to cover everything we needed. It quickly became complicated and harder to manage. Striven gave us a true all in one platform with CRM, workflow, accounting, and project management built in, which made it much easier to use and far more efficient for our team.

Very happy with our decision to move to Striven for Accounting

We were able to do most of the migration of data and setup on our own. Technical support at Striven is excellent and you have multiple options for how to access help and information.

1.Very excellent support with multiple options when help is needed 2.Full access and functionality on my iPhone & iPad 3.Added other powerful business functions such as CRM & Project Management 4.Affordable for our small business but can easily scale up as we grow 5.Miles IT is always trying to improve the product and listens to users
Cons:
We had to find a workaround for not having the built-in payroll functions of our old accounting. When we move to using an outside payroll company, we will be able to make use of Striven's integrations.

Best mix of cost and capabilities compared to that of lower cost alternatives that did not offer an integrated solution with every thing we needed + more, and the Cost high functionality alternatives with accounting plus other valuable functions such as CRM & Project Management

Reasons for switching to Striven

We had a server in the office hosting our Sage 50 Quantum instance. We wanted to be free from being connected to office network, VPN, and gain functionality instead of giving up functionality for cloud-based and mobile device access. Also wanted to be able to do the majority of the setup ourselves.

Cons:
sending out customer emails has changed quite a bit and could be a little easier to navigate. It would also be great if you could add attachments to the emails.

I honestly haven’t run into anything I don’t like about Striven yet. The platform has been easy to learn, flexible enough to fit our needs, and reliable day to day. I’m sure as we use it more we may find small things to improve, but so far everything has worked really well for us.
