Trello vs Zapier: Which is best for you?

I love the automations, allowing me to renew weekly/monthly tasks where I can set the target dates to recur in a week, one month etc.

Trello lacks any kind of admin priveleges, user restrictions or any kind of board management options, and while that’s great for simplicity and flexibility it can lead to accidental deletion and data loss in collaborative environments.

We use it mainly for syncing leads and client data between platforms like MINDBODY, Meta, TikTok, and Google Sheets, and once the automations are set up, they run reliably without much maintenance.

The options for free things quickly become limited once tasks become clearer. While the idea makes sense, the application seems to require a level of technical understanding that is not always there, or the framework just looks overwhelming at first.
