Finally, a product for Landlords to replace the trusty spreadsheets

A fantastic user experience so far. AlphaLetz understand their clients and the market they're in. I moved over to the product as soon as I saw it advertised, overall, it will mean less paper and more timely reminders and helpful reports to keep us compliant and ahead of the game.

Pros:

The product is cloud based, has a sweet app and is secure. I can use this product to manage both our Residential and Commerical lettings. I am really impressed with the cleanness and smoothness of the screen and input, there is no clunkiness at all. The more I use the product the more useful features I find and once all the historical data is entered there will be no forgetting the deadlines.

Cons:

There isn't much I don't like, and customer support have been so helpful and taken on board a few of my suggestions for improvements. One of the things, especially for entering all the historic data is the date entry box. It would be nice to either pick the data from the box or enter in manually. I suppose it depends how fast people are typing and data entry. For me it's quicker to do a manual entry.

Reasons for choosing Alphaletz

I tried Lendlord which proved to be all about selling me mortgages and I was not convinced on the security of the product and whether in the future there would be a big price tag added to my data once it's in there. So, I removed all my data a few weeks ago. AlphaLetz came just at the right time. It's not gimmicky, is upfront, clean, and easy on the eye, ticks all my boxes.

Easy to set up and the phone app is good. Good value for money.

Cons:

The iPad size is to small. Could do with condensing the iPhone app display so more on screen. CSV download of data.

Reasons for switching to Alphaletz

No mobile version Alto is a beast of a system for deal based agents where we self manage a private portfolio of 50 units and I want to see and access everything on the go.

So glad I found Alphaletz!

As an existing landlord there is a time commitment to get everything moved from historical filing to Alphaletz but the benefits can be seen and used almost immediately. If you are a new landlord it's a godsend!

Ability to manage everything in one place and to manage each property as an independent unit

Cons:

The reporting function needs to be improved - you can include so much information yet the reports that can be extracted are basic - seems a shame to have all the information but not be able to extract/download it. Also there is a strong requirement for multiple log on capability which restricts access for the individual logging in

An essential tool to manage properties.

The amount of time Alphaletz has saved is phenomenal. Its super good value - as the cost savings in reducing the accountants fee and the administration cost makes it a no brainer. Any issues i have had ( which have been minimal ) have then been rapidly dealt with great communication from Richard on the action plan. Nothing ever seeming too much trouble.

Pros:

information at the touch of a button, that emails automatically go out to the tenants to remind them that the rent is due, and then the rent is late if not received, that the accounts are seamless and can easily be reconciled to the bank account, giving great management information to make informed decisions. These are the just a few of the many benefits of Alphaletz

Cons:

When glitches have happened - these have been personally rectified by Richard who is keen to understand any issues and its clearly evident he wants an exceptional software that is simple to use.

An easy to use, cloud based system for managing Buy To Lets. There are lots of features. The product is subject to continue development and improvement. Online and telephone support is excellent. It represents good value for money.

Cons:

Great for business owners with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia.

What is also great is that it’s a cloud-based system and the developer is extremely open minded to improvements and functions that will assist the community and others with neuro diverse conditions.

We were looking for some software that was easy to use because of my dyslexia and dyscalculia. Which means I’m both rubbish with numbers and with visually seeing the right information in the right context. This company provided invaluable support to navigating me through understanding and successfully obtaining the correct management output required to understand both how our business was operating and also maintaining the correct property management. It did take a couple of days to rewire my brain from using spreadsheets but compared to other software this is intuitive and beautifully crafted along with the invaluable support from Alphaletz.
