Guesty's customer service has been absolutely amazing. They truly are partners. I love the software. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend it.
Cons:
My one suggestion is building out operations a little better. I think it would be great if operations got to a little bit higher level.

Extensive integration, automation of repetitive processes and constant product development. They never stand still and that is what we need.

A workable accounting function that integrates with the bank account to allow for intelligent automation

Pros:
The software is good but if you have an issue expect no customer support for weeks literally for weeks, you will lose booking and money .
Cons:
Customer support is the worst I even experienced. Only can communicate via email and they are on a different tome zone so if they call you it is a 3 AM EAT

I love that all of my listing information and other booking sites can all be in one central location. Having easy accessibility to the inbox for all booking sites is huge. The support team is awesome and always so quick to help and answer questions.
Cons:
It can be hard with so many AI integrations. Automation is great but in this business specifically I feel it is so important to never loose the human interaction touch. I also wish that the task templates could be structured better.

It takes a lot of time to understand all the features, because there are many. The user experience is good, easy to check the chats, the calendar and the reservations' details. Easy and useful also the automatic messages and the Guesty app.
Cons:
Doesn't translate the chats and the financial report is not very precise for the data coming from Booking.com

Modern, easy to use booking software with 5* support!

So far, so good! Easy to get everything setup, easy to use and the customer support is 5 star. Integrations with the channel manager were easy and we can finally actually control EVERYTHING in one place! Building my own integrated website was also a breeze, which is a HUGE plus for me, not to have to be charged by other platforms and web developers every time I want to add or change anything on my website.

Speed, ease of use. Customer support is fast to get and efficient. It's a modern platform in a market saturated with old booking software platforms which cannot be upgraded.
Cons:
It is expensive compared to competitors but, in it's defence, it is far superior to competitors as well, so we see the value in it.

The interfase is great, it allows you to modify almost everything from the PMS instead of doing so per channel. The distribution hub is amazing!
Cons:
Not being able to have more properties for using it at fullest! We expext to have more properties listed day by day.

Guesty is a full fledged Property Management System, which excels in gathering all the information needed for a streamlined workflow in one place. While it is easy to use, it is also a very powerful tool to both manage owners, communicate with guests, automate operations and everything in between.
Cons:
There some hiccups when connecting to the OTAs, namely the importation of some of the information is not always accurate. Customer support deserves a bit more attention, as it sometimes is slow to answer.

Bookings sync very well and the lock management is efficient. I have never had an issue with double bookings.
Cons:
There are many problems with message automation, cleaners can't upload photos, price optimizer is not accurate, and customer service is just okay. There are many kinks they need to address. I also wish there were push notifications.
