About Flip PDF Plus

Flip PDF is a catalog management software designed to help businesses convert static PDFs into flipbooks. The platform enables managers to include bookmarks, content, audios, custom logos and other interactive elements across digital files.

Administrators can publish flipbooks on various formats including EXE, HTML, APK, APP or as a plug-in and share it across various social media networking sites. I like how I can create a HTML5 version of a PDF document that looks good.

Cons:

It takes a lot of time to get to all the settings and features. Development could be a bit faster. I don't need any Flash support anymore, for example.

Love it, but.....

Not really promoting the product as a valid option to sell because there are not enough security features to protect the sharing.

Love the layout of the book & the sound effects.

Cons:

Not real easy to create, and anyone who gets the email link can open and read the book. So for an author it is frustrating because 1person could buy a copy and send that email to 100s of people. Maybe you should make an expiring link.

I like that the software is not subscription-based. We don't do a ton of eBooks, so this is a great option for limited-budget marketing team.

Cons:

It took quite a bit of trial and error before I figured out how to format the book. Once I did, it worked fine, but future versions would benefit from a more user-friendly interface.

The user experience feels antiquated - the mac version I hav of Flip PDF Pro looks like it's from 15 years ago and is difficult to navigate. The user manual doesn't include all of the answers that I needed upon trying to make my first few books and I had to figure it out myself which took a lot of time.

I was about to change my poetry to pdf from text. Google Dogs is too slow on my tablet. While Flip.pdf is faster doesn't use up my battery as fast.

Cons:

The sign of process. Just like most software.

So happy I finally found a flipbook with all the features I need

My client owns a restaurant and he has several menus that he wants to show images for and he’s taking advantage of all the additional features like videos, forms, etc.

Pros:

The one time purchase option and the fact it had all the features I was looking for. I really wanted to my clients restaurant menus to be able to hover over the text and then automatically show the image and a lot of the other apps didn’t even offer the feature.

Cons:

Nothing so far! But I only just started. I will mention that the software seems easier to work with than the web based editor.

Pros:

The speed at which it take your PDF file... and in a few mins your publication could be live online looking glorious and interactive... literally 5mins from start to finish.

Cons:

Has occasional bug errors... but has never stopped me making a successful publication. Hopefully will be fixed in future software updates.
