When you use FaceUp you need to long out each time. If you don't want FaceUp running.

FaceUp was a game changer

I have been thrilled with FaceUp. It has changed our reporting system and ability to address concerns and issues in a much more timely manner. Our students and staff feel safe and supported now with a much better system in place. Support from FaceUp when needed has been thourough and timely.

I haven't had many complaints. We don't utilize it to its fullest but that's probably more on us!

FaceUp's whistleblowing system is super easy to use, has a great adaptive dashboard that is intuitive, and the cost cannot be beat.

Cons:

Sometimes the dashboard can be wonky with classifying issues and closing out, but overall it is a huge upgrade from competitors and the last platform we used.

Cost and did not like their interface - very little reporting and dashboard was confusing.

great platform for non-profit use!

This platform allows our members/volunteers/parents to discretely communicate with us and we in turn can correspond back with anonymity as well if we so choose. Our team and users feel safe!

A Wonderful Whistleblowing Product for the Money

It's been a smooth transition and we just could use a bit more employee training and support from FaceUp itself, but the product is great!

It was very easy to set up and interface with internally, especially to make it aligned to our own HR/Whistleblowing policies.

Cons:

Because it's a new system, the employees seem hesitant to trust it, especially being outside our SSO.
