I haven't had many complaints. We don't utilize it to its fullest but that's probably more on us!

FaceUp's whistleblowing system is super easy to use, has a great adaptive dashboard that is intuitive, and the cost cannot be beat.
Cons:
Sometimes the dashboard can be wonky with classifying issues and closing out, but overall it is a huge upgrade from competitors and the last platform we used.

Reasons for switching to FaceUp Whistleblowing System

Cost and did not like their interface - very little reporting and dashboard was confusing.
