        Een zeer aangename samenwerking, waar de noden van de klant centraal staan en waar ook de begeleiding en klantenservice centraal staan. Een partner die heel reactief is en die naar je luistert en altijd klaar is om samen met jou na te denken. We hebben nog geen negatieve ervaringen gehad met het platform. En sinds dat we het gebruiken zijn er al heel wat features bijgekomen. Ze staan niet stil en blijven nadenken om hun platform nog efficiënter te maken.

        Pros:
        Wij waren al heel lang op zoek naar de juiste invitatietool, maar hadden die tot nu toe nog niet gevonden. Gelukkig heeft InviteDesk ons pad gekruist. In hun tool kan je zelfstandig werken en je eigen event opmaken maar je krijgt ook de nodige ondersteuning wanneer je vast zit. De tool is zeer intuïtief en zeer gemakkelijk te gebruiken. InviteDesk heeft echt aan alles gedacht, zelf de kleinste details die je leven en dat van onze Event Managers veel makkelijker maakt. Ze zijn super reactief en geen enkele vraag is teveel voor hen.
        Cons:
        Elke sector is zeer verschillend en maakt dat iedere sector andere noden heeft. Aangezien het een SAAS platform is en dat wanneer ze iets voor jou veranderen er ook een meerwaarde moet inzitten voor hun andere klanten zal de aanpassing niet altijd gebeuren. Dit zie ik niet echt als minpunt, maar kan ons soms blokkeren voor sommige van onze projecten. Ik moet er wel bij zeggen, dat InviteDesk altijd klaar staat om te luisteren en om te analyseren of dit geïmplementeerd kan worden of niet. Altijd een zeer duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie gehad met hen op dat vlak.

        Reasons for choosing InviteDesk

        InviteDesk is een tool die we zelfstandig kunnen gebruiken, die eigenlijk bijna alle features heeft die we nodig hebben en die ook zeer interessant is door zijn package formule (licentie prijs). Ze denken ook samen met ons na om te tool altijd te laten evolueren om zo de noden van onze klanten te kunnen coveren.

        Reasons for switching to InviteDesk

        Dit was een NL bedrijf, die zeer rigide werkte en niet proactief of reactief was op aanvragen die wij snel moesten behandelen. We waren ook volledig afhankelijk van hen en konden niets zelf aanpassen in het systeem. In onze sector is dat niet altijd eenvoudig, want sommige dingen moeten nu eenmaal snel gaan. Ze waren ook aan de prijzige kant maar we kregen er niet altijd een even qualitative service voor in de plaats. Er was ook een grote turn-over wat het niet makkelijk maakte om automatisme te creeëren.

        Easy to use, very good functions for registration tool. I like best that you pre-program all communications, even per target group.
        Cons:
        Some options are not available, such as various buttons for questions, or flexibility in creating emailings and web pages.

        Reasons for switching to InviteDesk

        The emailing options (programming beforehand) with invitedesk were easier to use and for us the most used feature.

        tijdbesparend, overzichtelijk, eenvoudig in gebruik. Handig om te delen met collega's, zo kunnen ze ook meevolgen.
        Cons:
        Als ik na lang denken toch iets moet zeggen, zou ik dan de beperkte layout mogelijkheden zeggen. Iets zoals mailchimp zou wel handig zijn.

        easy setup, app solution for internal users works great, ticketing system with ticket holders, german version works well, implementation and support is great,
        Cons:
        We had a few minor functionalties (like how to add academic titels in the email invitiation template) that are already on th development roadmap and for now to be resolved with workarounds.
