This software has allowed me to seamlessly connect to friends in order to help troubleshoot PC issues and is always easy and fast to set up and access.

When you make a connection to a pc that is connected at the mean time to a remote desktop, it doesn't let you see the remote desktop screen.

The ability to enhance permissions or install an unattended client is also extreamly helpful, with colour coded status for each of these machines giving us a simple visual to what is online and active.

The biggest issue I have is getting users to see my chats at the beginning of a support session. But, it's simple to just hop over to their screen and pull up the chat window.
