  • It's a very easy app to for every day use - connection is happening right away. If your receive many tickets asking you to setup something on user's computer, install an app, change settings - it's great!
  • Had a few issues with it and customer support was responsive.

  • Splashtop is a complete application, I can fully access customer data, obtaining as much information as possible about them, in order to assist them quickly during my shift as remote worker, anywhere I'am at.
  • It's CPU intensive on both the client and technician device (so far the worse we've seen, higher than GoToAssist that is/was Java based). Since their latest update 3.8.0.1 it has gotten worse.
