- The process is straightforward and saves a lot of time compared to other tools I’ve used, making team collaboration much simpler.
- It's unclear how to install the product as a service (I'd expect it to be installed as a service when the setup is initiated from an admin account, or at least get a warning that despite being installed from an admin account, being run by a regular user could cause permission elevation issues) and this has some caused some issues when the user is on a non-elevated account, but we could circumvent it so far in every case.
- I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers.
- Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.
