- I like the video chat features and the secure remote desktop capabilities
- We've found it to be a bit delayed in catching up to a PC's IP address changing (from VPN to Wi-FI or vice versa).
- Splashtop is a complete application, I can fully access customer data, obtaining as much information as possible about them, in order to assist them quickly during my shift as remote worker, anywhere I'am at.
- It's CPU intensive on both the client and technician device (so far the worse we've seen, higher than GoToAssist that is/was Java based). Since their latest update 3.8.0.1 it has gotten worse.
