rater8 vs ReputationStacker: Which is best for you?

I really like that they do a biannual check in just to make sure we are utilizing the Rater8 services we pay for to the best of our ability so we continue to like the product and receive great results.

Response time to answer reviews is limited to 30 days. If you can't respond within that timeframe then you won't be able to do so from rater8.

The interface could be a bit more user friendly, even though it was easy to use.

Billing is a bit difficult to navigate, but overall a very effective software.
