Aloha Cloud vs Toast POS: Which is best for you?

It has been excellent for me, for my clients and for the monthly reports, changes in the menu, etc.

Good luck trying to expand your business model to make more money... they will ignore you. And when you do finally ask to get out of your contract b/c of over a year of neglect, they claim they are ready to fix the problems.... and when you say you are not happy and wish to find another solution, they refuse to let you go from the contract.

The aspects I enjoy about Toast POS is the security, card payment options, mobile access, and restaurant management options.

The toast system also blocks many QR code/mobile order payments for no apparent reason, which Toast states is a bug they’re working on, but of course, I never received answers for questions I posed on this matter.
