About BookSteam

BookSteam is an online appointment scheduling solution. It offers business and customer-facing functionality so that customers/clients can schedule appointments online, while businesses can manage these appointments on the backend. This solution offers online scheduling, database management, email and text message notifications and online payments.

BookSteam creates a custom website for businesses that display business details, a list of services, client reviews and a "book now" button for accessing and scheduling appointments.

The database management tool allows business to collect and manage customer/client contact information as well as appointment information and history. With this information in hand, businesses can send special offers for customers/clients who are overdue for another appointment.

BookSteam also utilizes email and text reminders to keep clients up-to-date and connected, even while are on-the-go. Clients and staff members receive instant notifications for scheduled appointment.

Pros:

It’s a handy tool for booking appointments online. Saves time and keeps things organized for our Art school. Not perfect, but it does the job.

Cons:

The app does not have a constant contact integration so I have to use Mailchimp since they have that. But that's not a deal breaker.

It was a much better value compare to the other software (for the same features).

Pros:

I used to use Genbook software for all of my booking needs, after their price increase I switched over to BookSteam and never looked back. Not only Booksteam is better priced, but in my opinion it is a better software overall. I really like the booking page design, it is very stylish.

Cons:

One thing I would like is for booksteam to add Square integration. Otherwise it is a perfect platform.

This app makes my life way easier. No more back-and-forth messages or trying to remember appointments, everything’s in one place. In a beginning it's a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it saves a lot of time. Definitely handy if you’ve got a busy schedule or run a small business.

Cons:

Don't like that I can't make multiple reminders, only one reminder is allowed, but that's ok, it doesn't really matter, one is good.

Amazing Booking System

I teach an online class to an international audience and I have never had any issues with using the system. I absolutely love it. It is user-friendly for all of my clients, even the ones who do not speak English!

I’ve been using it for the last few years and I absolutely love it! I find it very easy to navigate and my clients find it very easy to use. I recently had to use the support system and received amazing service within minutes!

Cons:

Nothing! I love it. I’ve never had any difficulties that could not be resolved through a simple email!

It's been a life saver for us, especially booking classes and accepting online deposits. Customers don't complain which means it's working well.

Cons:

Small package only has 5 stuff members included, but it's fine.

How easy and intuitive the system is. I use it to setup our classes with the membership feature, it all works well.

Cons:

It was very hard to find a software that does both, service and class booking while having recurring memberships setup.

Pros:

Booksteam class scheduling software makes running a dance studio so much easier! It lets students easily register for classes online and manage schedules. The Stripe integration is a big plus, payments are quick and automatic, so no more chasing after fees. Overall, it saves a ton of time for our studio.

Cons:

Everything seems to be great so far. I especially like the memberships feature, it makes managing recurring students super easy.
