Booqable Makes Bookings Simple, Flexible, and Stress-Free

Overall, Booqable has made my booking process way easier and more organized. I can set up rentals, block dates, take payments, and keep my team in the loop without having to jump between different tools. The flexibility is a big win for me — whether I’m creating a quick booking, adding last-minute services, or sending a custom payment link for just part of the total, it adapts to whatever I need on the spot. It’s fast, reliable, and does exactly what I need most of the time. Yeah, there are a few things I wish were better — like prettier email templates and a more detailed iCal feed — but those are more “nice to have” than dealbreakers. For the price, and considering how much time it’s saved me, I’m pretty happy with it.

Pros:

Booqable is super easy to use — seriously, you don’t need to be a tech genius to figure it out. I can add rentals or services in seconds, block out dates on the calendar, and keep everything organized without stressing. The payment setup is awesome too — I can send customers a link for either a partial or full payment, which makes closing a booking way faster. Inventory management is straightforward, and I love the iCal subscription so I can share the booking calendar with my team and everyone stays in the loop. Performance is solid — no lag, updates happen instantly. Security feels on point too, since payments go through Stripe and everything’s encrypted. For the price, it’s a really good deal considering it replaces a bunch of other tools I’d otherwise have to juggle. Support has been quick and friendly whenever I’ve needed help. And honestly, I haven’t run into any big bugs or issues — it’s just been reliable from day one.

Cons:

The thing I like least is that email notifications to clients can only be set up using markdown. It works, but it’s pretty limiting. I wish they’d allow HTML so I could send a nice, professional-looking email when someone books with me. That extra polish would go a long way in making clients feel even more confident about their booking. The iCal subscription could also use some love — right now it only shows the departure time and a link. It’d be way more useful if it included all the booking notes so I didn’t have to click through to see details. I’ve been using Zapier to fill in the gaps, but that ends up giving me two notifications for the same booking. It’s a bit messy… but honestly, I’ll take that over having no extra info at all.

Reasons for switching to Booqable

fees are incredible high, my bookings are thousands of dollars since I do luxury yacht charters, so they were asking for 3-6% of each booking.

Everything I was looking for and more!

Overall, Booqable has been everything I was looking for and more! I tried multiple different site builders, and Booqable, by far, has been my #1.

My experience with Booqable has been great! I was impressed with the ease of use, the options available and the great customer service while learning how to get started! I have been more than pleased wih my Booqable experience.

Cons:

So far I am happy with all of it.I have not hade any negatives and feel like the tutorials and support chat feature contribute to that.

Absolute game changer

I set up the website for our community lending library using the Website Builder feature and it has been a blessing. We are so happy that we don't need to use Excel files or handwritten notes to manage the inventory and lending process. Everyone who sees our site comments on how simple the process it and it's been received very well in our community.

Pros:

I'm very grateful for the super fast and helpful customer assistance via email. The team provides relevant and easy to follow guidelines to answer my questions. I also find the online video tutorials to be extremely efficient, especially since they are referred to within the platform itself. There are links to the videos at various locations so it's very easy to access immediate guides.

Cons:

My only complaint so far is that they don't support right-to-left languages so it makes our website less visually appealing to the public. Another issue is that the difference between the plans isn't so obious so it's a little unclear at first which plan is the right one to sign up to.

Reasons for choosing Booqable

Odoo provides an inventory management platform but it wasn't suitable for rentals and the interface in Booqable was much more appealing. Also we had recommendations from other similar rental libraries that were already working with Booqable and they were really happy.

Very user-friendly and good

We've only just started using it but so far so good, no other booking system has met our requirements except Booqable.

This is easy to use, great to be able to scan products in and out. The calendar is very easy and has a good overview.

Cons:

That it cannot be connected to payment gateways other than Stripe I hope it will be improved very soon

Great Platform!

My experience has been great with no issue so far I love it and it’s making me good money! With them constantly adding many updates it truly shows they care a lot about what they customers say and with them always accepting customer feedback and actually listening is always a great thing.

It has made my business running a lot easier then other sites I’ve used in the past and there constant updates have been great!

Cons:

In the beginning it didn’t properly have a delivery selection on the platform making it a little hard to function properly but they needed up fixing that issue not to long after.

The Ideal platform for starting a rental business

As a new rental business, choosing the right software felt like a big decision and Booqable has been a strong choice from day one based on features that my business need, ease of use and excellent customer service overall for what you get it is excellent value for money and they kindlt offer a 14 day free trial. It’s clear, well-structured, and gives you everything you need to get up and running professionally without needing a tech background. The booking flow, inventory tracking, payments, and automated emails are all easy to set up and make the business feel established from the start. The system scales well, so even as a new business, it feels like we’re building on solid foundations rather than something we’ll outgrow quickly.

Cons:

There’s a small learning curve during the initial setup, but after a few hours it becomes very straightforward to use, particularly when setting up bundles and pricing rules. The support articles are clear and helpful, and once everything is in place, the system runs smoothly and gives real confidence as a new operator.

Amazing software

That there’s no jotform or signature feature we can’t add without a plug in There is a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup, especially when configuring products and settings, but once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and is very reliable.

This is great value for your money, they listen to their customers and make improvements to their app.

Cons:

The search function can be buggy. It won't yield the correct search results. Also, we wish we could use a different merchant; Stripe's turnaround time is horrible. Square pays the next day, Stripe could be a week.

Pros:

Booqable is so convenient for my business and keeping track of my orders and payments coming in and out. Booqable has saved my events company! The customer support i get is amazing, when anything is confusing the team is always ready to help! I really love all the features of booqable and makes it possible for me to do efficient business.

Cons:

there is absolutely nothing that i don't like i really feel it has changed my way of doing business and being on par with admin all the time.
