Chowly vs Restroworks: Which is best for you?

Chowly had an extremely user friendly set up and they have continued to support us throughout our usage with them.

We did not catch it for several weeks, and after multiple attempts to resolve with Customer service, they ignored all messaging and would close our support cases without resolution.

Integration with Hotelogix also works fine where we can fetch the room details and check the room plan of the customer and guest stay dates.

One of thing that posist were showing reports on it's dashboard for a month, but from some times, it asked to generate on email, which is not a good customer experience, we expect to save time when using software and it take times to generate a mail, sometimes it don't even generate the data
