Pros:

Useful features to run your consignment business! Easy to use for you and your clients. The clients know their products so important to save you time and allows them to enter their products.

Cons:

At first clients couldn't see the product images and I considered that a huge miss... but [sensitive content hidden] jumped on my concern and added that functionality into the system!

Your affordable solution to anything Reselling

The migration was super easy, we only provided an export of data, they did the rest, with no mistake. Our team adjusted to the software right away. The best part is that if there is something that you really need, they will most likely try to offer a custom solution, which is so refreshing to work with people who care for your business! - Every month they release new features that meet the needs of their customers; I've never seen a software before that is adapting so much to our product suggestions! - The software is very user friendly and covers more needs than you would have. Great value for the price. - the customer service is super responsive and friendly. - Integration with Shopify is working perfectly. - it was a game changer for us, making our process so much easier

Cons:

There is no cons! I believe Circle Hand was meant for businesses to use the client portal. Which is an awesome feature, but not in our process (yet). We asked them to tweak many things in the backend to fit our process (from 21 years in business), and they did!

Reasons for choosing Circle-Hand

Simply the best! You don't have to change anything to your process and Shopify store. Migration was easy, Integration works perfectly. We have more features than before, with easier process. We love how the software is evolving every month.

Reasons for switching to Circle-Hand

Consign pro was not integrating with Shopify, + got "retired". The alternative we've been offered needed us to change our POS which we did not want to.

I love having all the clients and inventory be searchable in one place and being able to print out consignments pending

Cons:

I still havent figured out how to use the POS part of it with Square.

We love Circle-Hand

Circle-Hand is great! If you have a consignment or second hand business, it's hard to imagine you could find a better product.

Circle-Hand is incredibly user friendly. Its UI is very clean and clear. It's a powerful tool for managing inventory, tracking customers, and much more. It integrates with Shopify beautifully which has made getting both my brick and mortar shop, as well as my online store, up and running very smooth. I'm also grateful that Max and his team are very responsive to feedback and handling technical issues.

Cons:

I hope that more statistics and analytics will be included in future updates. With the amount of data we are to enter for each item, it feels like there's a lot more reports we should be able to pull.

Circle Hand has been an incredible partner in helping us launch Circular Clothing Co. Their team made themselves available throughout the setup process, sharing deep knowledge and guiding us through the consignment journey to help us avoid common mistakes. The platform itself is intuitive, scalable, and purpose-built for resale - and their customer support is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced: responsive, collaborative, and genuinely patient. They also helped onboard a large catalogue of products seamlessly and ensured we were launch-ready without any fuss.

Cons:

No real cons - the platform is still evolving, but that’s actually one of its strengths. They’re constantly improving based on real customer feedback and feel more like an extension of your team than a typical software provider.

This software solved so many problems for me, all in one. I was originally looking at having to use multiple different apps/programs to get all of these features and would have had to spend so much more to do so. Customer support is amazing. [sensitive content hidden] , one of the co-founders answers every email with so much care and concern. He's also available to zoom if needed as well which is nice. I'm so excited to see how this program improves my business over the next year compared to this past one. I wish I knew about Circle-Hand sooner. I don't think I could have ran my business more efficiently than I can with circle hand even if I had all the time in the world. A genuine life changer!

Cons:

There haven't been any cons in my experience so far. I really tend to struggle with tech and learning new software, but if I ever had any questions [sensitive content hidden] promptly helped me figure it out!

Saves time by automating consignment tasks. photo garment recognition. We sell online, instore, insta with a zettle POS a mix of vintage , consignment, and gifts. So we needed a way to upload and track alot of individual garments quickly and flexibly. Max has helped us out with any issues we've had and even implemented additions to the app that we suggested. The apps works really well and works better every month. 100% would recommend. it's shaved hours off our workload and allowed us to streamline a lot of processes. (emailing sellers, tracking, uploading, tax things)

Cons:

it can be fidly to delete listings. and I've not quite figured out how to use the seller portal well with customers, it can still be hard to communicate with them

Max was good in our call answering my questions and it was cheaper. I cant remember what other product we looked at but had to answer the last question so just wrote excel

Women and Children's Consignment - use of Circle Hand

AMAZING. I could not do my business without Circle Hand. It streamlines all of my consignment processes and is very user friendly for myself and my consignors. Automations make my life much easier. The customer service is excellent - quick and attentive. Wonderful people and platform - look no further!

Has transformed all of our processes, it reduces duplicative data entry, has an easy interface, exceptional support AND it is constantly being adapted to meet the needs of users.

Cons:

None, it has been an awesome experience! If I had to randomly choose something - I would say that it would be cool if there was an admin role who could adjust reports and dashboards but I recognize that would be very tough to manage. So, NONE!

Where has CH been all my life?

Honestly, I am very pleased with this software. [sensitive content hidden] and the team are constantly updating the app to improve functions and their communication regarding upgrades is helpful. My least favorite thing about Circle Hand is that I didn't find them sooner.

Pros:

The app is very easy to use and works well. The customer service is excellent and all queries have been resolved quickly. I would recommend the app without hesitation (and have done so already!)

Cons:

I would love an easily downloadable PDF of selected items in a client's listing that shows the retail price. It would be helpful to have this to show the client so they can approve pricing up front.
