Pros:

The large variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. You can see the star ratings and top choices. Also, you can compare prices, orders are delivered hot or cold as they should be and you have details on your delivery driver.

Cons:

Due to many circumstance your order can be delayed. Sometimes the order may not be correct.

Order never delivered

Horrible. We had 5 children and 3 adults waiting for Taco Bell. After a full hour of waiting, they sent a notification saying it was cancelled. No other information!

Easy, convenient, communication options with driver

Cons:

Customer service or “help” is often not the best. When orders arrived spilled in the bag or smelling of cigarette smoke from the driver they offer a minimal credit.

Door Dash is the worst

Horrible They refused to issue me refunds after not delivering food one time and another time deliverring the wrong order which they refused to replace or refund

Horrible app

They are totally irresponsible. The dasher provided me with incomplete order, rotten tomatoes and wrong and expensive substitution of items and when I reached doordash support, they said that they cannot do anything about it nor they can provide me with a compensation. Totally irresponsible, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Deleting this app forever and cancelling their membership. Don’t download this app. Its a scam.

Door Dash

Door Dash is a fantastic ordering/delivery service. Their tracking system is awesome you know exactly when you're meal will arrive and it gets to you hot & you have a choice and option to leave a great tip for the driver. I recommend Door Dash to anyone worldwide they get the job done.

Pros:

I love the way that Door Dash keeps you comfortable and confident knowing exactly where your order is and when it will be arriving to you fresh, hot and on time. Great customer service.

Cons:

What I can say I like least is when I get an order and there is never any sauces or ketchup . Other than that Door Dash will continue to be on my list when I want to place an order for delivery.
