Cons:
The Lithuanian translation could be improved as some phrases are inaccurate, and date formats should be more flexible. Also, the Gift Cards section needs improvement in terms of design and technical functionality to be more user-friendly.

I like that the app has a lot to offer. There are so many features that make managing appointments easy and clients have mentioned that it is super convenient to use. I love the integration with Google calendar!
Cons:
There is some stuff I do not like, such as not having a "custom" option for the slicing step. Also I find it a bit disappointing that I pay for a Solo plan just for the reminders but then also having to pay on top of that plan for the reminders themselves. It feels like I'm paying twice for one thing.

The sign-up process was easy. It was good to have a free trial before potentially committing to a subscription. It has a lot of features that look useful. I like that it has an API for developers and templates for existing industries. I appreciate that the free trial doesn't renew automatically and you don't have to give a credit card just to try it.
Cons:
I received an error when I tried to delete my account, and when I contacted customer support, they told me how to do it in the software, despite my having already explained I received an error when trying that. Nevertheless, they confirmed in the next email that they would do it manually. The customer service was overall good.
