It`s been a year of using EasyWeek! And now I know that it was the best solution for my business. All the analytics in front of my eyes, personal management and finally order in the schedule. During this difficult year, we managed to optimize our forces and even make money. I think that the program has helped us a lot. And important to notice that it has the best tech support I've ever seen!

During the year, all my requests for improvements to the app were fulfilled.

Good pick scheduling system for the begginners

very good experience only. No major concerns and great customer service. They are located in Russia and my business in USA. So customers sometimes being confused with address settings and the date format

I like the customer service and tech support being available when I need it. Easy interact on my end and customers end. Have been with with them for couple years and will continue.

Cons:

sometimes it is hard to connect services and make them life. Also sometimes it is hard to explain the team what I want and even harder to follow the steps they provide. It would be easier if the tech support support would be able to fix things o their end.

It is definitely a professional booking management package, but I think it might benefit with a less crowded interface.

The sign-up process was easy. It was good to have a free trial before potentially committing to a subscription. It has a lot of features that look useful. I like that it has an API for developers and templates for existing industries. I appreciate that the free trial doesn't renew automatically and you don't have to give a credit card just to try it.

Cons:

I received an error when I tried to delete my account, and when I contacted customer support, they told me how to do it in the software, despite my having already explained I received an error when trying that. Nevertheless, they confirmed in the next email that they would do it manually. The customer service was overall good.
