Goodshuffle is very user friendly and their customer service is top-tier. They are quick to solve issues and do a great job of giving users notice if product updates and repairs will be taking place.
Cons:
I do wish they allowed users to enter international phon numbers and accept international cc info manually

Kinda Good Shuffle

Overall it wasn’t anything I would write home about. It has its ups and downs but overall I feel like the freedoms of the systems options within the inventory builder are also handcuffing it as you get busier due to lack or organization.

Communications and payments are great. Super smooth and extra helpful that they run in the background on events while you work on current ones.
Cons:
Lack of the platform allowing you to schedule and assign trucks and labor

Your customer service is above and beyond great. We receive quick replies and follow-ups. Ease of use is critical, especially when time is of the essence.
Cons:
We have still not managed to utilize ALL the advantages Goodshuffle Pro has to offer, because we have been SO busy and I believe Good shuffle has aided in our growth as well.

We did not look at anoter product, we had been considering for a verry long time. Then the new owner took over and another vendor intown had made the switch and we saw even more great things happening as a result.

Keeps me so organized. Being able to keep trakc of all our clients, communicatuons, logistics, sales leads, inventory and more all in one place. The wishlist intergration with our website has significantly imcreased our sales!
Cons:
Nothing off the top of my head. Even if we find glitches, need help or have an improvement they fix it for us. Their customer service is exceptional!

I LOVE that GS pro is integrated with Google (especially google maps). We do 30-40 events on a busy Saturday. So having strong logistics is very important. Having a quick Google map overview helps a lot. Also, the ease of adding (and editing) inventory items is huge to me!
Cons:
- Staffing. I haven't found a strong staffing solution with GS pro.-Cross rental items. You can add cross rental items to GS pro, but there isn't a great financial spot to add in what our companies cost would be for said cross rental item. - Quick Books. It seems that you HAVE to use quickbooks to achieve the full effects of GS pro. We don't use quick books, so that makes it a little more difficult

EASY TO USE. GS Pro was by far the most "user friendly" product that I tested.

Reasons for switching to Goodshuffle Pro

Our inventory was becoming way to robust for DJEP. We still use DJEP for staffing purposes. I really do wish we could get "everything" under one roof.

We love Goodshuffle Pro for many reasons, but some of the most important reasons are due to the ease of creating custom proposals for our clients in an efficient way that doesn't waste time but is thorough enough to build trust with our clients. Goodshuffle Pro makes Render look incredible through its website integration that makes our website look professional, proficient, and functional while looking great!
Cons:
While Goodshuffle Pro has incredible features in the inventory management, ease of booking, and integrations, it is missing critical parts of the operations side of the business in a day to day basis. The cost of doing business and getting the inventory to the venues and what vehicles and what people to take it are all critical pieces missing to the full circle event management.

The future capabilities that GSP had in the pipeline and the overall ease of the product!

At the time, the online booking capabilities of RW Elephant were not possible without integrating with an outside software.

The wishlist website integration with Goodshuffle was literally a game changer for my business. It helped save so much time and hassle with updating inventory and the website. Plus, it's made for a seamless customer experience.
Cons:
There are a few little nit picky ideas, but to be honest, they're always implementing new features that end up taking care of the nit picks (scheduled email templates was a big one)

GS had more features that I was looking for, and has continued to expand on those.

the thing is the world is all cloud-based, and they've done just that. as long as I have a date or wifi I can work anywhere. A lot of the competition is server-based and really useless for the way the world is today. Goodshuffle Allows you do everything you need as a rental company software-wise.
Cons:
there could be a App that helps with cell phone or tablet use for the service

Goodshuffles support is second to none. The opportunity to hit the ground running with minimum inventory entry was also very helpful.
Cons:
Export functionality and reporting options/flexibility would be valuable. A detailed forecasting and conflict tool would also be fantastic and improve scalability.
