Petpooja handles payments, billing, orders, menus, point of sale (POS) transactions, staff, and more. The application enables staff members to accept and fulfil online orders, create invoices and share them with customers via text messages.

Petpooja allows franchises to view and generate reports to manage fees, monitor operations across multiple outlets and track inventory. Additionally, managers can handle daily activities, provide role-based access to data and gain insights into the performance of employees via reports and graphs.

Pros:

Very good app and cloud-based software for the restaurants especially it helps in order Invoicing, Inventory management, Stock management, Payment mods, and tracks. It personally helped my restaurant to grow in terms of online and offline sales.

Cons:

In terms of cost it's a little bit high but compared to other services it's fine.

Poor service and careless staff behaviour

Very bad . It’s not worth to describe here comparing my 10 years of experience with Petpooja now ruining day by day in a month time .

Nothing I liked about Petpooja . We used to be a genuine customer from last many years but recent careless behaviour is pathetic even after enrolling my 6 restaurants . They take advance payment and do not respond and give excuse that now we are pan India so we our all staff busy doing new entry and old issue resolution has no time so make sure you don’t pay advance .

Cons:

Nothing . They are not worth now better find alrenative good options

Single Software for Cloud Kitchen, Dibe in, take away and delivery.

Cons:

The Menu management is time taking. We have to do a manual Menu update. What It does not have which is must for a high Demand Cloud Kitchen 1 - No online order tracking with Live orders stage wise 2 - order taking screen is not User friendly 3 - Marking Food ready and order details take time as we need to click multiple otions for Bill, KOT and order ITem view
