Fresha vs Treatwell: Which is best for you?

Fresha has repeatedly charged me 20% marketplace fees for clients who never came through their platform. Despite providing screenshots and direct confirmations from my clients showing they found my business through Google searches or personal referrals, Fresha continued charging hundreds of pounds monthly in unauthorized fees. When presented with clear evidence from my clients, Fresha failed to acknowledge their error, investigate the issue, or process refunds.

They take rather big commissions on first booking but rebooking is more fair. But great at integrating with other calendars and can take a lot of extra time to deal with that issue (including double booking).

Unfortunately I can’t list pros as I can’t find any the longer I stay on treatwell .
