Pros:

To be honest, I have been with Speed Script from the beginning of our business. This makes it tough to "compare" as I know very little of other systems. Yet the development team of Speed Script continues to add features and respond to "needs and wants" of not only our pharmacy, but all the pharmacies that they service - never giving me reason to look elsewhere. There CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING!

Speedscript

We have solved our inventory problems with Speed Script and our ordering issues/frustrations with Speed Script. Customer service with them is above and beyond the normal. They have never failed to help us solve a problem.

I have worked with several systems at other stores and this is by far the easiest to use system.

Cons:

The compounding part could use some improvements. It would be nice to have the ability to put notes in different places.

Pros:

Integration into speed script was as easy as expected, as it is never easy changing software companies. They are very helpful, customer service is great. If one person can't figure it out, someone will! Speedscript is always doing updates to improve the pharmacy workflow. I really like that if we have an idea for the computer or the POS system, we just throw it at them and they get it done.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of. Speedscript is very easy to work with.

Fast processing with faster service

We are a busy retail pharmacy and other pharmacies wonder how we have so much time to spend with our customers talking about medication or the grandkids…speedscript is our secret!

Fastest prescription processing with the best service around! What more do you need!?!

Cons:

We will just be going through “upgrade” in a few weeks. I’m just hoping that goes smoothly and isn’t a “downgrade”!

Pros:

The POS system is very easy to install and more user friendly than I thought it might be. The younger employees had no problem at all and the older employees (+65) became efficient users very quickly. We have had Speed Script for 33 years and just added the POS system. We planned on starting in 2020 but postponed due to COVID until 2021. So glad we finally got the opportunity to use this.

Cons:

Over the past 33 years we have had some issues with certain things in the Speed Script program, but the staff always made sure we got resolution.

have used speed script for 20 years. they have always been great to work with, upgrades throughout the years have been seamless, any problems with equipment has always been taken care of as quickly as possible.
