NiceJob vs Okendo: Which is best for you?

What I liked most about NiceJob is how it takes the stress out of asking for reviews it just runs in the background, and suddenly you’ve got happy customer reviews showing up online without having to chase anyone.

Their customer service team needs to be improved

I think having all of the offerings in one place and interface is a great way to ensure customers get the most out of the platform and services.

I don't like that I'm not able to directly syndicate reviews with other retailers (since Bazaarvoice owns this segment), but hope that we can do this in the near future!
