  • It has made managing identities and access easier throughout the company, improved security through trusted methods of authentication and made the IT workload involving password resets and new user onboarding smaller. Although this has a slight learning curve on the administrators side, once all the settings are made, the platform will be smooth and will not need much maintenance.
  • Custom app integrations and oauth configurations took me longer than expected and the admin console performance was also slow and it felt buggy when it should be snappier.

  • We use it for two-factor authentication for VPNs with different manufacturers, also for MFA for remote desktops and this gives us more peace of mind by having double verification in the processes.
  • AuthPoint app will not allow me to sort tokens or filter / search for tokens which is a burden when users have dozens on tokens.
