The best (value for money) product I have used so far.

Key benefit has been around implementing and embedding risk and compliance matters across the business units. Users have accepted the product easily.

Pros:

Most modules and workflows are customisable. Users find it easy and intuitive. Developers and support personnel take users requirements and expectations into account.

Cons:

The compliance module is quite rigid e.g. limitations to what can be put in and is cumbersome to use and navigate e.g. library and assignment.

Protecht are always a professional organisation to work with, the service is excellent

That all risk information can be centralised on to one database and that reports are easily accessible.

Cons:

For users who do not use ERM extensively the system can seem cumbersome and training staff can take some time particularly as we are in a regional area.

Pros:

The ability to generate proper reports for formal reporting purposes and the use of workflows. The support team has been very helpful and responsive in addressing comments/questions/fixes. I also like and appreciate the overall look and feel of the system.

Cons:

Several system limitations exist (none that materially impact the purpose Protecht is supposed to serve) and it isn't easy for users to learn how to make edits/changes to workflows, reports, builds in the system. Typically I've had to reach out to the support team (even to make the simplest changes such as editing the width of columns in reports sometimes).

There is just not enough time to maximise the potential this software offers.

We have been very happy with our experience to date however we are still in the early stages of setup. Next steps is getting all users enthusiastic about the potential this software has to offer.
