- Phorest has saved us time with bookings, giving us any easy way to track our progress, and allowed us to increase revenues while holding down costs.
- I do NOT like the fact that you cannot designate 2 staff members to perform one treatment, I do NOT like the fact that when you cancel, you can NOT get ALL you data, they hold it hostage making you pay them $295 to export your data, and even that won't allow you to take ALL your data.
- They take rather big commissions on first booking but rebooking is more fair. But great at integrating with other calendars and can take a lot of extra time to deal with that issue (including double booking).
- Unfortunately I can’t list pros as I can’t find any the longer I stay on treatwell .
