- I found over the 10 plus years that I was with Simple Salon they were easy to deal with, inexpensive and made the running of my salon streamlined.
- So far this system has been really good especially since i was not looking at investing a lot of money in a system as i didnt need this due to being a small operation.
- The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.
- We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
