The main drawback for me is the limitation on the number of contacts in automation workflows and the reports provided for these automations.

I love that this tool connects into my tech stack and works seamlessly. And when I ran into bumps on set-up or was trying to figure out how to best use it, the team was SO very helpful with customer support.

We like the tight integration with pipedrive and Mailchimp, which are our two main CRM / Marketing tools.
