I love that I can set goals, keep up with product and inventory, easily change things, communicate with clients, and the analytics and reports are life savers

I pay for the Gold service and have really enjoyed the mass text and email option - but don't like that you have to pay for more than 500 texts per month as they transferred all my clients from over ten years and it's a very long process to try and pick out the regulars or pay a big chunk to just send all.

Love the client portals that give a sense of security for document management and a level of autonomy for clients to see invoices, pay invoices, and schedule services.

Literally lost potential sales until I discovered it recently.
