Easy to manage your projects

I love planning and organizing but not all my teammates do. This is fairly straightforward product so it helped my teams to simply follow the plans and execute

A Great Tool with a Slightly Overwhelming Interface

If I'm honest, I found it overwhelming. It might just be my brain or how I like to manage tasks and time, but every day felt overscheduled somehow. Don't get me wrong, it's very cool and would likely be great for most people, it just somehow didn't quite gel with me. I guess it's a lot like buying a planner (some work, some don't). If it works for you though, I could already see that it's smart, elegant and a real time saver (just not for my brain LOL).

It handles a lot of task management easily and effectively. The ability to combine calendars is SUPER cool.

Cons:

I didn't like the warnings very much. The layout somehow felt kind of claustrophobic to me.

Cons:

Motion is a easy to use and easy to integrate tool. It helps a lot in keeping tack of your small tasks that are very often too much to handle without a tool. Motion helps you to keep track of these Tasks and also reschedules them in a smart way so nothing gets lost.

Cons:

If you have bigger projects it gets difficult to organize them on a big team, especially if there are connections between those tasks in a bigger project

Motion does not respond to support tickets or emails to customer service

My boss heard about Motion and asked me to set up a trial so we could share our calendars and collaborate. I created a trial account for both of us, but I could not get them to sync. There was no tutorial. I used the AI chat to get help but it was useless. I opened a support ticket asking for help and no one ever replied. I canceled our trials before the end of the trial period, but they ended up charging my credit card anyway. I created another support ticket and email customer service to get a refund. After a week I never received a reply, so I had to contact my bank to get a charge back. It's been 3 weeks since then, still no reply to either of my support tickets.

I tried to use the AI chat to get help and it was useless, so I opened a support ticket and no one ever responded.

Best software to organize the day!!

Motion it is the best software I have used so far to organize my day. The functions are very helpful and I am amazed. I had many problems to organize my schedule and my life work life but with Motion this problems is literally over because the software is smart enough to send me reminds and I am not struggling to deal with it.

Great Product - Buys Back your time

Great experience I am looking forward to the roadmap of new features in the future. Motion has gifted me back countless hours from its unique way of scheduling repetitive meetings, tasks and so on.

The time I save and get back from using it, every month it is like a compound effect I so far have saved 50 hours of my time which I can put back into other areas of my life!

Cons:

more expensive than a normal calendar schedule however there is no other product like it!
