Value for Money

Accellos is a very reliable and customisable product. We use Accellos with SAP Business One with a Orchestrated Beer integration.

We are a first distribution point and also a production facility dealing with 280+ Sales orders a week shipping 1400+ pallets with 9 external warehouses which we stock transfer between

Being able to deal with multiple product types which are batch tracked seamlessly is of great advantage to use.

We had a great implementation as we shipped first day and in full but some vital points were missed in implementation which then needed adressed afterwards.

Ease of use
Very Customisable
Speed on telnet
Customer service from Highjump themselves
Support from Our Implementation Partner
Robust system with very few issues from a system performance perspective

FIFO issue after cycle counting if an item is counted in to a new bun isn't great. Most of our issues came from the implementation but we ironed them out using the experience in the logistics team.
No priority based task management
Cycle Count reports are poor needed customisation to produce fictional reporting
