Pros:

Very large set of parameters/settings that you can manage yourself Good visibility over history of tasks/drivers/operators The support are responsive Broad level of coverage of all logistic areas

Cons:

Driver app isn't bad but could do with a overhaul (which is in progress I'm told) Optimisation is pretty good generally but if you manually assign anything using zones it wont let go of any previous zones. i would like there to be a feature that you can tell it to ignore any previous parameters from where a task was assigned to and just optimise it fully in the route its now in. Also any dev tweaks etc, whilst they are appreciated on the level of flexibility, sometimes things are pushed without review and need things adjusting

Distribution and Transportation Manager

Ability to monitor 6 locations (Depots) in 2 countries is priceless. Accessing PODs makes everyone life easier. Finally ability to create route for your fleet in minutes based on settings that are relevant to your organization and fleet is simple amazing.

Pros:

Easy to use. Great support team. PODs are one click away, storing pictures of the load as well, completely eliminated filling PODs. Ability to use multiple devices with same log in credentials, this will help anyone in distribution settings where multiple users are using it in the same team. Helps create most optimal route for your fleet, with ability to monitor drivers progress through out the day. Easy access to any tasks for different department (Finance e.g. if they are not sure what was delivered).

Cons:

Some settings are conditional to work only when another setting is turned on. This may be confusing at times.

Elogii was most flexible, had route optimization included in the package (others were charging extra for it). Annual number of tasks were higher that other software. Price. Flexibility. Overall Elogii offered more for better price.

UI is complicated. Date chosing can be rearrange at the page.

Strangely enough our UI being simple and intuitive is something we receive a lot of positive feedback on from customers so we are sorry you don't seem to have had quite the same experience. Changing the date should not re-arrange the page apart from showing tasks for the particular new date in question. Our support and customer happiness teams will be on hand to make sure you are fully satisfied with eLogii!

Field team use case

We are still learning the system and are around 2 months into usage. It is not perfect for our use case but we are adapting and learning every day to try and make it completely what we need.

Good functionality, good support & insightful analytics. We lead a complex operation and thought elogii was the best solution available on the market for our use case

initial salesman was too pushy, although once the was addressed the experience and trial period improved thoroughly

An Excellent Product!

The product has a customizable API interface allowing us to integrate with our ERP pretty seamlessly. The product itself does a great job of optimizing loads and routes. At a high level review we found it easily increase load density by 10%. Anytime there has been an issue support is always ready, available and providing timely resolution. Really a great product and company to work with.

Their customer service is excellent and the product fits our business requirements perfectly.

Cons:

I am not sure there are any cons at this point. Three years of using the product and I have absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.

eLogii had the right combination of function and price. We do not leverage a lot of the delivery style functionality and they have always helped price us into what we actually use in their product. Everyone else was an all or none option.

eLogii is one of the most robust routing systems we have ever used and can handle a tremendous amount of jobs very efficiently. Support has been very responsive and they have even been willing to add additional features and functionality specifically for our needs, which is rare in this industry.

Cons:

We have run into issues with their API and really taxed their system. However, the team at eLogii has been very helpful in improving the API so that we can use it the way we need. The mobile Drivers App could use an improved and more intuitive UI but again, support has been willing to work with us in making improvements and we feel it will continue to improve for out field techs.

Great tool, outstanding customer support

We've been very happy with eLogii. Our use case is slightly unique in that we only use the tool to model optimisation scenarios, (not to manage our delivery network, which is done by an LSP). We are in the early stages of developing an in-house network modelling capability, and having access to a tool as intuitive eLogii has been a great help. We have also found customer support to be responsive and highly proficient

We couldn't have done it without Elogii

Onboarding was very easy, with ongoing support. Bugs are very rare, and get reported, flagged and fixed in reasonable time. New features are being added every month, some we didn't even knew we needed. The customer support goes above and beyond to make sure our needs get catered.

A solid all-round DMS. You get a nice package of all the features you need to set up your day to day operations. Best features: - several different ways to input tasks (different customers have different needs): API, csv import and Customer Dashboard all in one place is very valuable for a business like ours. - solid routing and re-optimization - very fast, no loading times and no lag between dispatcher and driver apps. - excellent customer support on demand

Cons:

The driver app needs some polish, but it's functional. Apparently it will be revamped soon.

Because of all the features already implemented and a streamlined experience. It just solved our needs and we made a bet that Elogii would support also future needs. So far, beyond expectations.

eLogii is a reliable and efficient site

Overall a good platform for routing. It is working almost instantly with minimal issues. Support team is helping almost instantly if any issues arise.

Pros:

I can optime routes more often and it allowed me to see which vehicle requirements I need for watch route. It gives me a more time to arrange correct transportation resources.

Cons:

Can't assign a vehicle for a specific day. If I change the vehicle details it changes the whole history of the vehicle for that route. It is not realistic view for auditing process.

Pros:

The system is user-friendly, easy to learn, and is rarely subject to changes. Additionally, the POD options are very helpful and straightforward to navigate

Cons:

There are not many aspects that I dislike. Occasionally, administrators make small changes without prior notification, but this is not a significant issue
