Use of FreightView daily for shipments to and from the office

Ease of Use, Flow within the program, Ability to program vendors into the shipment lines so they do not have to be entered each time

Cons:

Spot Quotes take a little longer than expected. Site times out sometimes after you have already entered all quote infomation

Pros:

Freightview is very user friendly, easy to train teams on, and makes quoting and booking freight fast and efficient across carriers.

Cons:

Limited advanced features for complex shipments and return logistics, and the auditing function could be more intelligent and automated. It would also be nice to create BOLs/shipments with pro numbers.

Reasons for choosing Freightview

Combining all modes of transportation, pulling CHR pricing along with our, analytics and auditing functions were more in line with our needs.

Integrate all carriers

Overall, it solves going to each carrier's website and keeping all of the LTL information in one place.

Pros:

I like that I can use all of my rates with the carriers in one place, the system automatically tracks them all and pulls the documents from the carrier's website.

Cons:

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

Freightview - Can't Recommend Enough

Freightview has been fantastic. Logging on, getting instant quotes, booking, getting the labels and documents together, and finalizing the shipment takes minutes at most, with most of the headache from shopping around for quotes completely removed. I can't recommend this software enough. No more 3PLs bothering you, this neutral TMS platform solves everything.

Pros:

Freightview has allowed us to consolidate all our LTL freight quotes into one, easily viewable page, allowing us to choose what is best for our client, whether that is the best value, the fastest carrier, or something in between. Customer support has been phenomenal, and all my emails and issues get resolved the same day. Invoicing is easy to view, navigate, and notice discrepancies, and enabling email notifications on pickups has allowed me to ensure I ALWAYS know when a carrier has missed the pickup. It's a great, secure platform, with little to no bugs or issues, and is a fantastic way to manage your freight orders.

Cons:

My biggest, and possibly only, caveat about Freightview is that I cannot validate residential or commercial address with the system itself.

Great for all your shipping needs

I've been using Freightview for a few years now and have very few complaints. The support has been solid and there are always updates on the horizon.

Pros:

For the price point there is no match. It can help with all shipping modes. The customer support has been huge. I always get help fast and effectively and they are receptive to any potential upgrades or services that would improve the customer experience.

Cons:

There are some company specific upgrades that i would find valuable and a more robust analytics suite would be nice.

Freightview is one of the top TMS Systems

My overall experience has been fantastic: from the value for the money, to their order management, and customer service. Everything has been up to par so far. They have invoicing as well, but I have yet to use it, as we handle invoicing on my company's end at this time.

Pros:

I appreciate how easy it is to use. I've had only two questions since I began using it, and the customer support team responded within minutes to resolve my issues. I also love the email notifications.

Cons:

I can't say there is a part of Freightview that I do not like. I've had no major issues at the time of this writing. Any minor questions I've had have been answered promptly. I have not asked any questions about the website's security features. I will reach out to their team to get a better understanding.

Making changes to your carrier base can sometimes be cumbersome. Getting help from customer service is not always the easiest thing to do

Freightview makes it all easier!

Premier has been working with Freightview for a while now and it has improved a lot. I appreciate the small changes that make our workload easier/ more efficient

Pros:

Communication is so fast and easy. Documents where you need them. Everything is there! When carriers replies on the chat we get an email and that is very helpful

Cons:

I would like to see the miles of the lanes when we have them out to bid. Sometimes I do not understand the analytics section but that is something for me to learn.

Cons:

Easy and Effective

I like it, I enjoy the ease and effectiveness of having all carriers on one page, I enjoy the customer support service because they are very quick to reply back.

I really enjoy the ease of having all of my carriers on one page where I can manage multiple quotes and choose the best option for our specific needs. It is quick and effective and really great value.

Cons:

The limited dates when going back on the auditing tab and searching for older loads many invoices are archived.
