Awesome Program

Use of FreightView daily for shipments to and from the office

Ease of Use, Flow within the program, Ability to program vendors into the shipment lines so they do not have to be entered each time

Cons:

Spot Quotes take a little longer than expected. Site times out sometimes after you have already entered all quote infomation

Freightview gets 2 thumbs up

Freightview has been great to work with. From the beginning, when we were vetting TMS systems to work with they were/are helpful and explained everything out front.

Pros:

Freightview has been great for our company. We have integrated it into our home system, and it works flawlessly. Shipments are easy to track and with multiple locations/people having logins it allows then to track shipments easily and keeps them from reaching out to the freight dept anytime they have a question on where their shipment is. Freightview listens to their customers and make changes to fit our needs.

Cons:

We do not have a lot of negative things about Freightview. Any issues we have had they have worked with us to work thru them and came up with a solution quickly.

Kuebix was bought out and we were in need of another TMS

Integrate all carriers

Overall, it solves going to each carrier's website and keeping all of the LTL information in one place.

Pros:

I like that I can use all of my rates with the carriers in one place, the system automatically tracks them all and pulls the documents from the carrier's website.

Cons:

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

Pretty good visual of the order information, and easy to find the right shipments. Being able to share status is nice too.

Cons:

No clean Netsuite integration or ability to upload shipments in bulk,. every order has to be manually entered which leads to errors

Great TMS I highly recommend for LTL shippers

Overall its been a great two years using FreightView. Our teams enjoy the ease of use for quoting and booking loads. I enjoy the reporting ability and level of detail you can export from the system. The support team is excellent and we always receive a quick response and resolution to our requests.

Pros:

What I like most about FreightView is the quick setup and the ease of use. We could train our teams on the platform quickly and have them up and running in no time.

Cons:

Not all LTL carriers update the information such as tracking or pick ups within FreightView. The communication between the platform and some of the LTL carriers could be improved.

Reasons for choosing Freightview

I chose based on the fact that FreightView was rate agnostic and provided the features we needed. We could control user accessibility and load our rates with simple login credentials. Overall its a quick and painless process to get up and running quickly.

Freightview is the complete TMS that if you do not use then you are missing out.

Freightview is a very cost effective. We can not only monitor our shipments through delivery, we can also audit the invoices to ensure that we are billed correctly. The convenience of 1 site that will quote all carriers while entering the shipment data once is unmatched. Freightview is extremely easy to operate. Controls can be set for all users in our organization so that saved data for shipments can only be manipulated correctly. Freightview customer support will always answer any questions very quickly.

The convenience of 1 site that will quote all carriers, that we have pricing with, while entering the shipment data only once is unmatched.

Cons:

None really. Maybe eventually paying the invoice while auditing the invoice for accuracy. It's not really something we have needed yet.

Reasons for switching to Freightview

Freightview had options that Kuebix did not have and was more cost effective for the level options that we need.

Best software in its class

Efficient, cost-effective and easy to use. It offers us the ability to save every quote we make with a reference number, which enables further retrieval in the future. Overall, we are very happy with FreightView.

Freightview is very easy to use. They have superb customer support and their pricing is super competitive. We have tried many other solutions for our shipment management, but none comes close to FreightView.

Cons:

Would like to see a better integration of LTL carrier accessorial charges like inbond for shipments to and form Canada.

Pros:

The interface is slick, things just work and the shipping department loves it. We now have multiple people trained on the system because it's so easy to teach. Management and setup is easy and the price is very reasonable. You should check it out.

Cons:

I think the main thing that's missing is the ability to handle customer routed shipments (i.e. 3rd Party Billing) through the API. We are anxiously awaiting that feature.

FV would integrate with the ERP that we started using and we wanted to make the process more automated.

No Cons. I like it.. There really are no cons so far other than sometimes I have a hard time logging in to the platform, but I believe it might be my companies' issue.

It's very easy to use. The auditing process is an added bonus, as our previous system did have that option. It's a great value for what we pay for it. Viewing the shipping options and offers is seamless. Tracking the deliveries is very helpful.

Cons:

When auditing invoices it seems like there are a lot of steps to create the custom filter. Perhaps that could be improved a bit.

Reasons for switching to Freightview

We wanted a system that was more robust, and a better value for our money.
