How easy it is to use and set up. Everything is perfectly organized and we all know where to start our days within roserocket.

Cons:

Roserocket is the least of our technical problems as a transportation company. It's hard to complain when no one is.

Accounting review

Needed more customizations for everything to work as needed for accounting. Lots of errors were never explained and were faulted on intermittent system glitches. Information would not always flow back and forth from QuickBooks.

Pros:

Drop and drag function to upload paperwork. Easy to see revenue and cost margins on each order and status of the orders as each status has a different color. Filters were easy to use for reporting.

Cons:

Customer service was slow at responding to issues and needed customizations. Divisions did not default so reclasses were needed to be done at month end. Had to manually export everything to another accounting system for most reporting.

Amazing software and very easy to learn and take advantage of tracking and managing all your shipments and deliveries. Great value for the money compared to other softwares.

RoseRocket - Too many issues

The customer service was wonderful. We got to know customer service by name. But they were unable to fix some of our QuickBooks integration issues.

Lots of clicks required to move through screens. Also, several of the reports were incorrect.

Never pay for the full year, it makes you stuck and have to use it for an year before you can get rid of this

We as business buy softwares to decrease the workload and number of clicks to finish a job, where as with this software we have to do repetitive things and it takes too long to generate a single invoice.

We never liked anything about this invoicing software, it even increased or workload to add all the details over and over again to creat similar invoices.

Great TMS for a great price

Very satisfied with the product overall. Was very easy to get set up and we were running all of our business through the system within days.

Very east to use. It's a robust system that for the price point gets us all the features we need to run our business.

Cons:

I feel sometimes that it is a race to get new features out to customer and not enough review is done once released to improve existing features and overall user experience
