ISL Light vs Splashtop: Which is best for you?

The program provides all the functionalities that IT support needs for efficient remote work for our custumer support (file transfer, screen sharing, system management, simple “run as” admin access, etc.).

Sometimes, it takes longer to refresh and access active computers (when it boots up).

It is very responsive and has many key features such as file transfer, one click paste and ability to switch between multiple user screen.

It's CPU intensive on both the client and technician device (so far the worse we've seen, higher than GoToAssist that is/was Java based). Since their latest update 3.8.0.1 it has gotten worse.
