  • I like communicating with clients makes it super easy, nice profesionnal touch to emails being sent, reports are fun and surveys, etc.
  • Maybe I don't use the class registration feature enough, but I don't find it intuitive to have to set up a class in one area and also a registration form to go with that class in another.

  • The reporting section is the most useful for us as with a large number of members (250-300) we have to provide a lot of information to the Ministry of sport for subsidy request and the software helps a lot in this task
  • Unfortunately some mail features are missing (such as forwarding a previous email to follow up on it) and we are forced to translate every message in both French and English (would remove the mandatory option of it) especially as by copy-pasting the message the font (bold, links etc.) get lost so have to do the work manually twice.
