Great software for SMS campaigns and personalized marketing

Pros:

Project broadcast allows me to create and schedule SMS marketing campaigns that are personalized. I'm able to use short codes if I wanted and create highly engaging content to go to the right person at the right time.

Cons:

There's nothing that I didn't like about it. It's easy to get set up to get a phone number and connect to your CRM or other marketing platforms.

Overall it’s been very positive! Much cheaper than my old system and much more user friendly

Pros:

Easy to use, and lots of training info for when you start out. I also like that it has texting, and email in one so I can pay for just one service. Also love the schedule feature for texting!

Cons:

It doesn’t have a shipping system integrated or connect with square. My old system imported my orders from square invoices, and allowed me to buy a shipping label. Then it automatically sent the tracking info to the customer via text.

Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast

Their prices were want too high, and no customer service or tutorials on how to use their system. I just had to figure it all out

Waste of money, Total Scam

This never worked. Could not set it up. Support is non existent. They expect you to do a training on video which was not helpful. Tried to cancel, they charged me anyway even though I never used a single credit. Project Broadcast is a scam and bad company.

Nothing. It never worked. Hard to navigate & understand what you get for the price. Too complicated & expensive. Price does not equal product delivery.

Cons:

They do not have a clear pricing breakdown when signing up. I still have no understanding of what you get per ‘credit’. No support except AI bots or email.

Reasons for choosing Project Broadcast

A friend recommended me. I wish I could have had a trial period but they do not allow a 30 day trial just charge you & scam you out of money.

I was recommended by a friend. Worst decision I ever made. Spent 300 for a product never worked and no refund. Very poor customer service. Run from this product!

Thanks for making life easier.

Very easy set up and training on how to use it. I can at anytime easily figure out what I need to do by watching the tutorials.

I love the ease of sending out messages to my entire team with one simple set up. I also love that there is an app for my phone so I can do it on the fly.

Cons:

I have not really found any cons with project Broadcast. Simple to use and make my life way easier as I am super busy.

User Friendly for the Busy Girl

I just switched over to PB from another similar company. PB is much more user friendly and easy to use. I use the app as well as the website on my laptop. Both simplify communication with my clients.

I love that PB is user friendly. Everything is at your fingertips and is easy to figure out. If you aren't sure how to do something you can easily find the instructions on how to do it.

Cons:

I go through the credits too quickly. That isn't a problem with PB, it's a problem with me using it so much because I love it.

Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast

I have friends who use PB and they raved about the ease of use. I had trouble with Skipio doing what I wanted it to do.

This app keeps you so organized and is a huge time saver! I love that you can keep in contact with customers regularly without having to always type a message and keep track of who and when you need to send them a reminder or update.

Cons:

I’m still fairly new at using it so I haven’t really had any negative experiences yet.

New Project Broadcast Customer

Project Broadcast is easy to setup. Their training videos are very informative & easy to follow. You receive bonus credits just for doing the training which only helps YOU in the long run! It's very organized & the customer support is eager & willing to help!

The system no longer synced with my customer list. There was no response from customer support. The mass texts were found in the same place as your one on one communication with your customers making everything very confusing & difficult to respond or find responses from customers & the price was way too high for the functionality of their system.
