Kind of expensive when your business is going down hill

At 1st loved it, now feeling like its just an added expense. 8.00 just to keep it open now that people have that number.

Pros:

Able to reach all my contacts at one time, being able to set groups and water fall timing. As well as not habe my personal # out there

Cons:

The price especially since I have experienced a low in my business, but to keep the contacts I still.have to pay 8.00 a month. If I send to all my contacts its probably 50 and then to be able to respond to them I have to add to it. It gets very expensive to only get 10-20 responses and half of them being stop

Worth Your Money

The ease to make phone calls with my number used through Project Broadcast has happened without any issues and not being charged for what I am currently paying for texts and emails. My overall experience has been a good one.

I loved the ease of switching it over from Twilio and it working immediately. I also like the fact that I am contacted regarding the services I am receiving in addition to being notified when I am being charged.

Cons:

I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

Waste of money, Total Scam

This never worked. Could not set it up. Support is non existent. They expect you to do a training on video which was not helpful. Tried to cancel, they charged me anyway even though I never used a single credit. Project Broadcast is a scam and bad company.

Nothing. It never worked. Hard to navigate & understand what you get for the price. Too complicated & expensive. Price does not equal product delivery.

Cons:

They do not have a clear pricing breakdown when signing up. I still have no understanding of what you get per ‘credit’. No support except AI bots or email.

A friend recommended me. I wish I could have had a trial period but they do not allow a 30 day trial just charge you & scam you out of money.

I was recommended by a friend. Worst decision I ever made. Spent 300 for a product never worked and no refund. Very poor customer service. Run from this product!

Excited for the future with Project Broadcast

It's been easy to get started. I didn't have a text service before and I'm excited to integrate one into my small business to help grow and reach more people.

It's user friendly and easy to access everything in one space. AIVA is also very helpful when I get lost on how to set something up correctly.

Cons:

I'm not very tech savvy and there are some confusing aspects to integrating between other platforms, but the AIVA feature is very helpful.

Review of PB

Excellent. I used a different provider before and it came to my attention that about half weren’t actually receiving my texts, so while PB is more expensive that what I was paying before, at least texts are getting into hands.

Outside of it being easy to use and having a higher receive rate than the provider I used prior, I also receive a notification if a text doesn’t send. I also like the ease of being able to switch people in and out of campaigns.

Cons:

I don’t have any dislikes. Overall, things have worked as I anticipated. There have been a few hiccups where things weren’t sending, but it seems like those issues were resolved relatively quickly.

Because I realized about half of my people weren’t receiving my monthly texts. My whole long term customer service program is based on my monthly texts.

User Friendly for the Busy Girl

I just switched over to PB from another similar company. PB is much more user friendly and easy to use. I use the app as well as the website on my laptop. Both simplify communication with my clients.

I love that PB is user friendly. Everything is at your fingertips and is easy to figure out. If you aren't sure how to do something you can easily find the instructions on how to do it.

Cons:

I go through the credits too quickly. That isn't a problem with PB, it's a problem with me using it so much because I love it.

I have friends who use PB and they raved about the ease of use. I had trouble with Skipio doing what I wanted it to do.

The easiness in which it is to use and make up a quick text message blast you don’t need hours and hours and hours of training

Cons:

That it takes days and days and days to get verified it took almost 3 days for my account to get verified
