About TXT180

TXT180 is a cloud-based SMS marketing solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It offers messaging templates, mobile send management, a web widget, contact management and message forwarding functionalities within a suite.

TXT180 features an autoresponder, which sends text messages to the customers once they have signed up for a campaign. Users can also create alternate messages for customers who sign up again after opting out of a service. The product also features a text message scheduler, which allows users to schedule text messages on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

TXT180 also features Text2Vote, which allows users to create a voting campaign and request votes using SMS replies. The product also features live graph reporting, where users can track the the number of opt-ins with the help of custom URLs. This also enables users to track voting statistics for their Text2Vote campaigns.

TXT180 offers phone and email support to customers.

Love you can have different groups allowing you to text certain customers promotions and not all and customers can reply to text which makes it easy to see who is reading your messages

Cons:

Only downside is you can not send emojis to add some flare to the messages.

Beyond our monthly amount of text message, it is affordable to add more messages. We only subscribe for 500 per month, but our membership is 1500.

I haven't really found anything I truly dislike. How you create and upload each list is a little bit of a long process to me.

Best value texting service out there!

This is service is easy to use and the best price I found after doing a ton of research! Our list is fairly small, so I am not sure how well the service would work for larger companies, but it has suited us very well the last few months.

Very inexpensive compared to other service and easy to use! We had it set up and started using it very quickly!

Cons:

There are mandatory text messages that have to go out for consent purposes. Unfortunately these text messages count against your monthly total! So initially when people are signing up for your texting list you will burn through a lot of texts!

It is cloud based with programmable API's. Very intuitive interface that allows anyone to log in and immediately begin using it. Plus, they have very awesome support.

Cons:

They are not the cheapest solution out there, especially for lower-end users. But then again, you get what you pay for sometimes, and they definitly deliver on service.
