About Promoty

Promoty is an influencer management tool for brands and agencies. It allows you to manage all your influencers, collaborations and branded content in one place.

Add your influencers by username or profile URL, and organize them by boards and columns. Add notes, reminders and labels for each influencer including shipping details, birthdays and preferences.

Thanks to integrations with Instagram and TikTok, you’ll see detailed insights about every influencer worldwide: their audience demographics, interests, brand affinity, followers’ credibility and more.

Additionally, you can search for Instagram and TikTok influencers from our database by their interests, audience and other criteria. You replace all the emails and direct messages with our in-app chat. Influencers who are on the Promoty app can chat with you on the app. Those who don’t will receive the messages in their email, and can also reply via email.

For enterprises and agencies, we also offer custom and white-label solutions – together with a private app for only the influencers in their roster.

Pros:

I love it that influencers can apply to campaign instead of me sourcing them and reaching out. I can create a campaign and influencers apply when they connect with the brand.. It saves a lot of time and money to me and influencers that apply love my brand too.

Cons:

It takes some time to set up the details of a campaign. Cant have it all I guess.

Pros:

As a part of a freelance MarCom project, I was searching for good software and platforms to recommend in pursuit of the question concerning how to build/nurture relationships with influencers that will love the brand. When considering its scope towards brand ambassadors, prospects or PR packages, as well as, features enabling to manage influencers through flexible packages and in-app chats, connection with social media accounts etc., Promoty has become prominent. Additionally, creating multiple boards to be able to track several campaigns and projects seem promising and very beneficial from the perspective of MarCom and Branding initiatives.

Cons:

There could be more comparisons highlighting competitive advantages with alternate platforms and practices to be able to see the big picture better.
