The team behind eSoft Planner is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing top notch customer service.

It's confusing and overwhelming for people who don't have time to navigate the system.

The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.

We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
