Analytics and customer service are next level!!

Overall, their client support makes a great platform next level. The analytics are amazing and I discover new features every day because they are consistently making improvements.

Quantum has been a great tool and partner for us!

I've been incredibly pleased with Quantum. Not only has the platform been pivotal in our initiative to improve employee engagement, but it has far exceeded our expectations for use by our employees. We have had nothing but great feedback and I don't regret choosing Quantum one bit.

Pros:

Quantum is very user-friendly and has helped us elevate our performance engagement across our org. We have been able to improve our ongoing communication between managers and employees with the 1:1 tool, implemented and utilized the analytics for our employee engagement, as well as many of the other modules. They have been very open and collaborative on feedback for future use considerations, and my implementation managers have been wonderful and always available if questions arise.

Cons:

As with any system, there are some system functionality limitations. Quantum has thought of a lot and they are open to continuing to garner feedback and pass that along for future consideration. So even when there is a limitation, it's nice to know that we can explore options for the future.

Reasons for choosing Quantum Workplace

Features and value provided. One platform didn't have the analytics we were looking for and Quantum was more cost efficient than another platform.

Amazing product with a lot of great features. The system did our annual engagement survey and produced amazing analytics for us to ensure we focused on specific things.

Cons:

It does not integrate with ADP NextGen HCM, the only issue.

I love that everything is in one place, we currently have four features and look forward to adding more. I also appreciate the data analytics and AI feature especially for the engagement results.

Cons:

I'd like for it to have LMS integrations. We use cornerstone and it would be helpful to connect both systems.

Jury is still out on this transition.

So far it has been a good experience. I think that once we are using the system more and I really know the ins and outs I will be able to say more definitively if this is a product we will stay with long term. Right now, I am unsure.

I like that they were able to transfer my data from my old software. Getting the system up and running was relatively smooth.

Cons:

There are some features that I wish functioned a little differently, such as more filtering categories and dashboard quick-view items. I have sent recommendations to my implementation specialist Kylen.

There great employee engagement tools like feedback, pulse and lifecycle surveys to measure engagement. Flexibility in templates and survey options, love the AI assist function.

Cons:

There is a bit of a learning curve for understanding the analytics side, user friendly interface could be better or more simplified to gain employee usage and engagement

Pros:

One on One initiated from manager is probably the best feature. Cycles and Single Sign On are also good.

Cons:

No training offered. Apart from the previous webinars and slide decks, we kept asking for training but were basically told to do it yourself.

Quantum provides excellent customer support. Their application interface is nicely laid out and easy to use.

Cons:

I really have no complaints. My only suggestion would be making it easier to access the library of survey questions. They are a little buried and it requires a few too many clicks to find them.
