Would recommend HealthArc

The overall experience has been positive. HealthArc allowed us to get up and running & generate additional revenue through Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) very quickly.

I had a great experience with their customer service. All my questions were answered quickly, and the team was incredibly kind and easy to work with. You can really tell they care about their customers. Their EMR/platform is also easy to use.

Pros:

I liked how easy it was to use the software. The learning curve is practically 5 minutes and makes our job so easy with the exceptional customer support that they offer.

Cons:

I recalled them from an initial cold call that one of their executives made and it was tough to find them on the web but once we did... it was definitely worth the effort.

I love that it’s very fast and very user friendly. Speed is a big thing for me as other platforms I have used unfortunately lag and it just hurts my performance during the day.

Cons:

There’s honestly nothing I don’t like about the software so far. Everything looks great!
